Accessibility – The Museum
The museum is continuously working hard in ensuring an inclusive experience for everyone, including people with disabilities. Digital publicity was lacking, and it became important to spotlight this initiative to welcome more visitors.
Quiet Room: A safe space designed for children with disabilities to calm down in
One of initiatives that I highlighted was Quiet Mornings – dedicated days when the museum doors open an hour earlier for people with disabilities.

Free drop-in craft activities held every first Thursday of the month. Rebranding on the right.
We also designed tours for people with dementia, as well as programmes for children with special needs. The niche targeting makes it slightly challenging for digital targeting, so I started experimenting with creatives and paid media, with the intention of understanding how we can better reach the right audience for future programmings.
