#ShapeOurTomorrow – Ogilvy

 

ECDA’s first national campaign aimed to grow the early childhood profession and build greater recognition for the unsung heroes, who play an invaluable role in nurturing a child. 

 

#ShapeOurTomorrow challenges misconceptions that preschool teachers are merely babysitters, who play with the children all day. We teamed up with the main creatives to recruit, recognise and retain early childhood educators through relevant social channels.

The team brought home a Gold (Recruitment category) and Bronze (David vs. Goliath) Effie SG 2019 for Early Childhood Development.

The One Who Does It All (Previously titled: 'Cher' Of All Trades) is a short film showing a day in a life of an early childhood educator, highlighting how they lay the first brick of development in children. Each scenario is inspired by our target audience’s early memories of exploring the world as a child.
